Customs & Duties

Orders are shipped duties unpaid. Any import duties, taxes or clearance fees charged by your country are payable by the recipient.

How it works

• Charges depend on your country's rules and the value of your order. We do not set or collect them.
• The courier will contact you to pay any charges before or at delivery.
• Every parcel is declared accurately, at the value paid, as required by law.

If charges are refused

If import charges are not paid, the carrier returns the parcel to us. Once it arrives, we refund your order less the return shipping and any charges we incur.
