These terms apply to every purchase from the Viktor Alexander online boutique at viktoralexander.co. By placing an order you agree to them.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm it by email. We may decline an order, for example if a piece is unavailable or a pricing error has occurred. If we do, any payment is refunded in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and include complimentary shipping. They do not include import duties or taxes charged by your country, which are payable by the recipient. Payment is taken when you order.

Natural materials

Our gemstones, exotic leathers and finishes are natural. Colour, pattern and inclusions vary slightly from piece to piece and from the photographs. These variations are part of each piece's character and are not defects.

Delivery

Delivery times are estimates. Responsibility for your parcel passes to you on delivery. See Shipping & Delivery.

Returns, warranty and cancellations

See Returns & Exchanges and Warranty & Repairs. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

Intellectual property

The Viktor Alexander name, designs, photographs and content on this site belong to Viktor Alexander and may not be used without permission.
